With this great tutorial (see video beneath this page as well), we easily made moving spiders! We didn't make paper legs but used pipe cleaners instead. In this way, we could give our spiders eight furry legs.
We made the back of the spider from a milk carton and used a white sheet of thick paper for the front. The kids coloured their spiders with crayons. We used self-adhesive foam to create eyes. With the bamboo skewers attached the spiders came to life.
